We now own 7 production lines of vacuum freeze-drying for FD foods with current international advanced technology to avoid nutritional ingredients lost, remain the same quality of internal & external, and retains most of the color, flavor, nutritional value of fresh vegetables and fruits. Besides, we have built 3000 ㎡ brine ponds to process some vegetables such as preserved garlic in salt which could make the smell and flavor more mild and the nutrition would keep much longer.
